If your January diet is still going strong and you’re craving a treat, I have a great recipe idea for you! Today I’m sharing a recipe for a healthier version of fluffy pancakes which are sugar free and gluten free.
You can top them with whatever you like! Personally I love to layer my pancakes with yoghurt and berries.
If you’d like a sweeter option, keep it simple with a little drizzle of maple syrup!
And if you’re in the mood to really really treat yourself… layer with peanut butter and strawberry jam for delicious PB&J pancakes!
Perhaps the last option is not the healthiest (oops haha) but the basic pancake recipe is definitely less fattening than normal ones!!
