One simple thing I love in life, is walking into a bakery and getting to smell freshly made bread… although doing this in Ramadan is absolutely horrible! It’s what I did today and it got me thinking about warm slices of bread topped with a dollop of butter, served with a delicious shakshuka! The best thing about shakshuka is that it’s super versatile and you can have it at any time of the day! It’s traditionally made at breakfast time with slices of warm bread, although you could opt for a healthy dinner and have it with a salad!
