Summer is here and London is (surprisingly) getting extremely hot. After a long day of fasting I was definitely craving something delicious and refreshing and so I decided to make some fresh juice. Juices made at home are really healthy and full of nutrients. And this 5-minute berry juice recipe is perfect for Suhoor or Iftar to give you an energy boost!

- 1 handful of frozen strawberries
- 1 handful of blueberries
- 1 glass of coconut water
- 1/4 glass crushed ice
- 1 tsp sugar (optional)
- Simply blend all your ingredients together in a juicer until you get a yummy purple coloured glass of goodness.
