Ramadan Mubarak everyone! I hope you’re all well and that your making the most of this special month.
I have a really easy date and banana smoothie recipe below which is packed with energy and is super filling. It’s so important to nourish your body with wholesome and nutritious food in Ramadan so give it a go for suhoor, and let me know if you like it!

- 1 banana
- 5 medjool dates pitted
- 1 glass of milk (you could mix it with water to make it less creamy)
- 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- Simply add all ingredients to a blender, and blend away until smooth and creamy!
